The CFO serves as the senior financial executive of the College, responsible for providing
strategic leadership, oversight, and stewardship of the institution’s financial resources. The
CFO will ensure the College’s financial health, transparency, and sustainability, while
advancing its Catholic mission and magisterial commitments.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis in support of
the College’s mission.
•Oversee accounting, audits, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
•Manage cash, investments, debt, endowment performance, and enterprise risk.
•Provide clear, mission-aligned financial reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
•Lead and develop finance and administrative teams with integrity and excellence.
•Collaborate across the College to align resources with strategic priorities.
•Ensure all financial practices reflect Catholic teaching and ethical stewardship.
•Support fundraising, partnerships, and innovative revenue strategies to ensure longterm sustainability.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; advanced
degree or CPA preferred.
•Minimum 10 years of senior-level financial leadership experience.
•Proven expertise in budgeting, financial strategy, compliance, and governance support.
•Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
•Entrepreneurial, collaborative approach to resource development and sustainability.
•Commitment to the Catholic faith and ability to integrate mission and values into
financial leadership.
